9. CC 2-9 1-4 1-5 UMKC,VU,
WIU

It is now officially a 3-team race for the title, though UMKC's chances are slim. Valpo and SUU were officially eliminated last night.

Saturday's games:

Centenary at Chicago State 5:00 PM CT
UMKC at Oakland 5:00 PM CT
Oral Roberts at IUPUI 6:00 PM CT
Western Illinois at Valparaiso 7:05 PM CT

IUPUI: 2-0 vs. UMKC, VU, WIU, OU; 1-0 vs. CC, CSU, SUU; 0-1 vs. ORU
ORU: 2-0 vs. OU, CSU, SUU; 1-1 vs. WIU; 1-0 vs. CC, UMKC, IUPUI; 0-1 vs. VU

If ORU wins tomorrow, they would then own the 1st tiebreaker, guaranteeing them the #1 seed unless IUPUI has more wins at the end of the season.

If IUPUI wins tomorrow night, the tiebreaker would fall to their records against the 3rd place team. Currently, this is UMKC, and it would depend on how ORU does next Thursday at home against the Roos. If they win, then it would fall to their records against 4th place - currently Valpo, and in that case IUPUI has already won the tiebreaker. Hence if IUPUI wins tomorrow night, the tiebreakers are on their side. If ORU wins tomorrow night, the tiebreakers are on their side. That's how important that game in "The Jungle" is.

Saturday's games:

Centenary at Chicago State 2:00 PM CT
Western Illinois at Valparaiso 2:05 PM CT
UMKC at Oakland 2:30 PM CT
Oral Roberts at IUPUI 3:30 PM CT

WIU: 2-0 vs. CC, IUPUI; 1-0 vs. VU, CSU, SUU; 0-0 vs. UMKC; 1-1 vs. ORU, OU
VU: 2-0 vs. CC, SUU; 1-1 vs. OU; 1-0 vs. IUPUI, UMKC, ORU; 0-1 vs. CSU, WIU
IUPUI: 2-0 vs. OU, CC, UMKC; 1-0 vs. ORU, SUU; 0-0 vs. CSU; 0-1 vs. VU; 0-2 vs. WIU

If WIU can beat Valpo tomorrow afternoon, they will have the tiebreakers pretty well sown up. They've already swept IUPUI and beaten Valpo once. If Valpo wins tomorrow, then Valpo has to beat IUPUI on the 18th to keep from losing the tiebreaker. In that event, both WIU and VU split with OU, so it would depend on how they do against UMKC. Valpo has beaten them once, but WIU has not played them yet.
