Oakland sophomore Jessica Pike (Clawson) is the Mid-Continent player of the week after averaging 18 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in wins over Oral Roberts and Centenary.

Pike receives Mid-Con honors--The Oakland Press

Clawson High School graduate Jessica Pike was named the Mid-Continent Conference women’s basketball player of the week.
The sophomore’s play helped Oakland University win two games last week, including a 68-64 overtime victory over Oral Roberts to keep the Golden Grizzlies alone in first place.
Pike scored 11 of her careerhigh 23 points in the final 39 seconds of regulation to help OU overcome a double-digit deficit at Oral Roberts.
Pike averaged 18.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in the two victories.
