SOUTHERN UTAH 57, UMKC 48: At Cedar City, SUU (9-13, 5-3 Mid-Con) held the UMKC Kangaroos (7-16, 3-5) to 33 percent shooting to remain undefeated at home in conference play.
Anne Westwood led the T-Birds with 12 points and eight rebounds as Silvia Da Silva followed with 11 points. UMKC's Alysa Klein logged 16 points, 17 rebounds and three blocked shots.
